1. Digital Music & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital music and downloadable content sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of defective or inaccessible files.

If you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

2. Merchandise (Physical Products)

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Books

Physical Books

Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Digital Books

Non-refundable after download.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide order number and supporting evidence

We will offer a replacement or refund upon verification.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
